Depending on the service configuration, 4tress.ai may process business contact details, user account details, institution profile data, customer identity attributes, transaction metadata, screening results, case notes, report records, audit logs and support communications.
We use information to provide AML compliance workflows, verify identities, screen sanctions and PEP matches, monitor transactions, manage cases, generate regulatory reports, secure the platform, provide support and improve product reliability.
Financial institutions remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of their customer data. 4tress.ai processes client-controlled AML data according to product configuration, contract terms and documented instructions.
Records are retained according to client configuration, contractual commitments, AML record-retention obligations and security needs. Data may be archived where required for audit or regulatory evidence.
We may use infrastructure, analytics, support and communications providers where necessary to operate the service. Client deployment choices may limit or localize subprocessors.
We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards including access controls, encryption, audit logs, environment controls and operational monitoring.
Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of personal data. Some AML records may be retained where law, regulation or legitimate compliance obligations require preservation.
