Subscriptions and Fees
Commercial use, fees, billing, support levels, deployment scope and service commitments should be documented in a separate order form or master services agreement.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful data, interfere with service operation or use outputs to evade applicable law.
Intellectual Property
4tress.ai retains ownership of the platform, software, workflows, documentation and product materials. Clients retain ownership of their data and institutional content.
